How we use your data
Last updated: 3 October 2026.
The business behind this site
Darlington Patios is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. It is responsible, as the data controller, for what happens to the information you give us on darlingtonpatios.co.uk. Privacy questions are welcome at info@darlingtonpatios.co.uk.
How the enquiry form works
The form on this site is supplied by HighLevel (LeadConnector), a US company, and loads from api.leadconnectorhq.com. HighLevel stores enquiries for us as our data processor. Because it is based in the United States your details may be transferred there, protected by the safeguards in its data processing terms.
Storage used by the form
Like most embedded forms, ours needs some browser storage. The provider's servers see technical information (IP address, browser type) and set the __cf_bm security cookie. Local storage keys beginning v2_ or v3_ record your visit so the enquiry shows the page you used, and form_progress_ saves your place in the form. Clearing your browser data removes them; the cookie notice has the full list.
Security checks on the form
Cloudflare Turnstile sits on the form as a bot check. Supporting files like fonts come from the form provider's own servers, and no tracking pixel (Facebook or otherwise) has been enabled.
Hosting
Our pages are hosted on Cloudflare's network. To deliver them and defend against attacks, Cloudflare processes connection details such as your IP address. We have not installed analytics, and nothing on the site tracks you for advertising.
The details we ask for
We only hold what you choose to send. On the enquiry form that is typically contact details (name, phone, email), where the work is (postcode) and a short note about your patio. The same applies to details you give by phone on 01325 525691. Darlington Patios has no member area or sign-in.
Retention
Your details stay on file for a maximum of 24 months following our most recent contact, then they are removed. Should you engage the installer, they are responsible for the records they keep about the job.
The legal grounds we rely on
Two grounds apply: taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in dealing with enquiries properly. By ticking the box on the form you also agree to be contacted about your request, and you can change your mind at any time.
Who sees your enquiry
Enquiries submitted through the quote form are passed to an independent local patio installer so they can contact you, survey the job and quote. The installer is responsible for the job itself and for any contract you agree with them. Your information is not sold or rented.
Making a complaint
Please tell us first if something has gone wrong. You can also take a complaint to the ICO, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
What you can ask us to do
If you want to see what we hold, fix a mistake, have your details removed or stop us using them, email info@darlingtonpatios.co.uk. You will hear back within one month.
Keeping this page up to date
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
